Inclosed you have a minute of Joshua Hathaways Book Debt he always Paid me Except that Court & it Sliped my memory to Put him In mind of it.

You have Carvers account & I would have you Sue him In one writ for his Notes & this account unless he will Put it all into a Bond and Satisfy you for your fees. I have Likewise Inclosed Daniel Aliens Judgtm. & Least you Should Want some Barnstable Blanks I have Enclosed four Pair. Dont Slip our april Court for Carver unless he Complys nor John King & Elijah Dean unless they Pay the money & the Small Debts Before Some Justice that are on note viz. Brittons Thos. Reeds, limo. Manleys Elijah Linckhorns, Caleb Chase & the Two Harveys unless they have any of them Paid ac By the accounts you have ac to Sabin If you Can Gett his Book Debt and note with out Serving do other wise dont Sue untill I Send his Book account Drawn out. I have many more to Put Into your hands and there fore Want these Compleated as Soon as may be. am your Humble Sevt.
