Caldwell, the Depositions are so clear & full in my favr. that unless those Gentn. determin Right or wrong to give against me, they will (or may) see plainly that I am very unjustly treated by sd. Caldwell. I have shew the whole affair to Mr. Auchmuty & taken his opinion thereon, wch. you'l see among the papers sent you by sd. Tisdale, I make no doubt you'l give all the papers &c. a Thorough Examination & then I wd. have379you deliver them to Coll. Richman & taulk wth. him at large respecting the same, that he may be the better able when he meets the other Gentn. next Monday to speak full on the matter. I have wrote two Letters directed to sd. Gentn. Reffereese on this Troublesome affair wch. if you think proper you may Deliver to them or Distroy. I now send you some of Mr. Caldwells Letters, if are worth produceing to yr. If you find they are determind to give the Cause against me and its in my power to have another Tryal here, I am Determin'd to spend one hundred Dollars but that I will have another Chance in order to obtain Justice. If they wd. only give Caldwell Twenty Dollars by way of Extrody. Services (tho' they themselves must think & know that he is not desarveing of Twenty pence) I wd. think no further of the matter I hope you'l attend the Reffereese at this meeting next Monday & plead hard for me.
