Rich: Allen Surgeon of the Globe sworn etc. Sayth

That Math: Cole who dyed in the Shippe sayd to this deponent about 2 dayes before he dyed that what he had in the Shippe he had disposed on allready, and for the rest he had made his will in England which he would not alter but Charles Turner told this deponent that he had given them to him, which he doth veryly think he did because he was very helpfull to him in his sicknesse.

Tho: Buxton sworn etc. Sayth

That the said Cole 3 dayes before he dyed told this deponent that he had given all he had in his Shippe to Charles Turner, and that he should satisfie this deponent for his paynes about him and he gave the said Surgeon four shillings.

Hugh Rowe sworn etc. Sayth

That 3 dayes before the said Cole dyed and again a little before he dyed, he told this deponent that the said Charles should have all he had in the Shippe save one 12d which he would send to his wife and that he should satisfie those that had taken paynes about him: and he sayth that the said Charles did tend him night and daye, and the said Tho: Buxton did take paynes about him allso. He said allso that he would have the said Surgeon to have 10s.
