Memdm.that John Coche of Stokeneyland2 brazier and Ralfe Rodes of the same towne shereman did eache of them come before vs and acknowledged eache of them to owe to our sovereign lord the kinge the some of 10 li. etc. vpon Condition that they and either of them should appeare before his maiesties Justices at the next new quarter Sessions to be houlden for the libertie of Bury St. Edmunds then and there to giue euidence against david waters late of Stok aforesaid etc:
