Dft. On the reverse of this document is a penciled draft congressional resolution on Maryland’s bounties for soldiers, which was passed on Oct. 30, 1776 (printed in Journals of the Continental Congress, 6:912–913). RTP was a member of the report committee that had been appointed on Oct. 23, 1776.
