Hutchinson, Thomas RTP
Milton 29 Nov. 1766 Sir,

As the poor unhappy wretch1in your Prison had no body to appear for him I have been forced even to draw the form of his pardon that he might not ly another winter. I now inclose it to you. Before he is discharged, try if he has any ingenuity to work upon and tell him, after this narrow chance & the care taken about him, if he offends again it will be so base and ungrateful to his benefactors that the very reflection upon it will be worse than hanging. I am Sr. Your humble servant,

THO HUTCHINSON
