I take this Oppertunity to put you in Mind, that the Superior Court to be held at Providence is the third Monday of this month, where I hope shall have the Pleasure of seeing you, with your authorities which hope you will not fail of Bringing, as they appear to me to be very pertinent to the Cause of Mr. Green. If we should be successful then, as I make no doubt we shall it may prevent an appeal home which will may be attended with great Expence to the Parties. I am Sr. Your most Humble Servt.
