Halifax the 19th July 1758 Sir,

I Receiv'd your favour of the 10th Inst. and have seen Mr. Ferguson (who Acts for Mrs. Freeman) and shew him your letter, who says he have advized with Mrs. Freeman, and she will Deliver the Estate to me with all the papers she can find relating thereto. Shall send you an account of what repairs is needfull & what condition it is in as soon as possible but time will not permit now in the meantime beg leave to subscribe my self. Your most Humbl. Serv.
