Page 1018 leads to 1031. (See Dorr's note at bottom of page: "Carried to page 1031.") Dorr covered the last page of The Continental Journal and Weekly Advertiser from 3 October 1776 with the first page of The Continental Journal and Weekly Advertiser from 17 December 1778 and numbered it page 1018. The article that interested Dorr, the "Articles of the Treaty of Amity and Commerce," continued on the last page of that 17 December issue. He pasted that last page over the entire first page of The Continental Journal and Weekly Advertiser from 31 October 1776 and numbered it 1031.
