- Folio broadside offered in The Month at Goodspeed's, 39:28 (Oct. 1967) $250.
- Issued by the Massachusetts legislature sitting in Watertown during the British occupation of Boston. Relates to the British tyranny & disregard of the constitutional rights of Massachusetts which had caused the Patriots to regard the office of royal governor as vacant—"especially at a Time when General [Governor] Gage hath actually levied War"—and their election of a popular government of their own, independent of the Crown. "To me this is the most interesting of all the broadsides listed in Evans which were issued by the Massachusetts authorities in 1775 & 1776."—Streeter 707.
