- Not in Evans or Hildeburn & not located in the Union Catalogue. Ford (Some Materials for a Bibliography of . . . the Continental Congress) does not list this but writes of the Petition itself:
- "The Petition was reported to Congress by . . . John Adams, Thomas Johnson, Patrick Henry, John Rutledge, Richard Henry Lee, & John Dickinson, & the draft is claimed for both of the latter two. . . ."
