Public Record Office; Proceedings , XLVII. 179. In the Proceedings for January, 1914 (XLVII. 178–190), and for February, 1918 (LI. 283–284), Worthington C. Ford printed excerpts from the London port books now in the Public Record Office, including among other entries those of “cargoes of ships sent from London to Governor Winthrop” during the years 1634–1636 “on account of the settlement in Massachusetts Bay.” Such of these excerpts relating to Winthrop as come within the years covered by this volume are reprinted here and placed chronologically amongst the other documents.
