To his very lovinge and much respected frend Mr. John Winthrop the yonger at the Mattachuset in New England this deliver per amicum quern Deus conseruat
London this 22th of June 1632 Loving and kind Frend,

Salutacons etc: you shall receiue per this ship 2 fats marked as in the margin, which is goods partable between your selfe, my bro: Downinge and my selfe they containe 400 payre of shoes 16 peeces Clothe with some other things, of which I haue written you at large per Mr. Peirce yet least that letter should miscary I thought it not amisse to write a word or 2 per this bearer my Contry man Nash who is imployed in my Cosen Moris Thomson his buisines.
