Memorandum that the last day of June Anno 1608 I did giue seson unto Robert Waspe of and in a Copyhold tenement which James Poley did surrender into my handes to the use of him and his heires in the presence of Philip Goslin, John Marchant and Thomas Grey my Copy tenentes of the manner of Groton. At the same tyme the said Robert did Surrender into the handes of Marchant and Grey to the use of his wife for the terme of hir life the remainder to his yongest soonne and his heires. 49
