The Condition etc. that whereas the said Jo: Winthrop the elder at his coming out of England did leave in the handes of the said blank 1 the summe of 1500 li. EngĀ­lish 145for the vse of Margaret his wife and the Children of their 2 bodyes, whereof 1100 li. was soon after disposed in landes and 100 li. more was layd out by the Child of the said John and his said wife and by him lost and the remainder beinge 300 li. is now by their Child to be disposed if therefore the said Jo. W: the father shall either in his life tyme or by his last will or other order to be executed after his death give vnto the said Margaret and her children by the said Jo: W. in landes houses Cattle or other goodes to the full value of 400 li. so as they may possesse and enioye the same at or before the deathe of the said Jo. and Margaret then this obligation to be voyd etc.
