I was verry Sorry you did not attend our Court last week. Inclosed I send you a list of the disturbers of the Peace collected by the grand 365 Jury—& of the Evidences to prove it. I could wish something to be done or there will be a worse disturbance next Septr. Court. I should now have wrote you all particulars but Judge Durfee is waiting—he can Inform you for he was present.
I wish you to write me what is become of the Excon. I Sent you agt. Sheriff Henderson. Hoping your family & Especially Mrs. Paine to be well to whom present my best respects
