Resolve Directing the Attorney General to Prosecute Delinquent Selectmen

Passed January 12, 1779

Resolved that the Attorney General be and he hereby is directed to prosecute the Selectmen of all such towns in this State as have neglected to do the duty assigned them in a Resolve of this Court of the 17th of June last, for procuring Shirts, Shoes and Stockings for the army.1
