The Board of War never having been favour’d with an answer to theirs of the 8. of August last requesting you to furnish them with all Original Contracts and papers relative to the late Cannon Come. obliges them to make this second application, & to urge you to give ’em, if you have not these Papers by you, every information that may lead towards procuring them, the Board Experiencing that the public Service is not 420only retarded, but that many Individuals greatly suffer for the want of them. I have the honour to be Sir, Your very humble Servt.,
