Monday, September 29, 1777

Ordered, That Mr. Speaker Paine, Mr. Partridge, Mr. Gray and Capt. Stone, with such as the Honorable Board shall join,1 be a Committee to take into Consideration the Resolve which passed the House the 24th current, directing the Committee of Sequestration to deliver to the Board of War such Articles, being Part of the sequestered Goods they have under their Care, as the said Board may have Occasion for—also the new Draught of the Honorable Board—and to consider the Matter at large, and report what is proper to be done. Sent up for Concurrence.
