I rec’d yours1 this evening by Mr. I dont know his name. I have found the half Sheet which I hope is the one you ment I have roll’d it as well as I can & hope it will come Safe to you.

You Seem to be So taken up in publick matters I suppose that your letter Contains nothing ells not a word of your welfare nor how we do at home but you hope to be at home in day or two which I hope you wont forget. The day after you Left home Lot Stole his Cloaths & run home & has not been here sence. I wish you’d ask mrs. Greenleaf if She would find a Girl for me for I must have one.

I have rec’d Sum Butter & Candles but not the trunk I Suppose thats to fill’d before it comes.

I wish you buy 3 pair of Small Buckels for the Children. Our family are pretty well.
