I have Just Receiv:d a Letter from you & am Glad to hear of your better helth but am very Sorry that you have not receiv’d the docters & my Letters. I have Sent 3 before this & the Docter has wrote. I have never had but three Letters from you Since you got to Philade. though 112you Say you write ten to my one.1 I wish I Could Receive them. I hope by the next Letter youll be able to Let me know when you Shall return. I Long to hear I hope you wont Stay all winter. Our family are well. Charly Grows finely you wont know him when you Come home only by his nose & eyes which are Like his papa. Mrs. Greenleaf is not very well their family are to Stay here this winter. Miss Eunice is Gone to Col. palmers. I had the happyness of Seing Docter franklin on his return to Philade. He was So kind as to Call at our house for Letters or any thing that I wanted to Send to you. He made but a Short Stay with us we should been Glad of more of his Company.

Their is a great many familys moved into this town from newport & Bristol. The weather is very cold & we of had great rains this fall So that our potatos are not so good as the Last year. The Salt petre bank increases fast. Miss Nabby Gives her Duty to you. I hope you wont forget to buy me Some pins being in haste to go to bed So good night I am yours,
