The Following is Coppy of part of the Will of Francis Borland Esqr. deceas'd, Dated the 7th March 17631 vizt. Item, all the rest & residue of my Estate Real & personal wheresoever the same may be, I give to my Son John Borland his Hiers & assigns forever.

The Following is Coppy of part of the Will of the Honle. Timothy Lindall Esqr. deceas'd, Dated the 7th July 17602 vizt. Item, I give & Bequeath to my Great Grandson John Lindall Borland, all that my upper Farm commonly called Bishops Farm lying mostly in Danvers some small part in Middleton and Topsfield in the County of Essex, containeing about 110 acres now improved partly by Joseph Brown, & Peter Putnam, & my Lott of Land Marsh & Wood Land about 10 acres In North Field in said Salem, that I bought of Jeremiah Neal, & my 600 acres Land in Lunen-burgh in the County of Worcester that I bought of Capt. Timothy Pool, and my Tract of Land near the great Cedar Swamp in Taunton in the County of Bristol, containeg. near Three hundred acres, that I bought many years past of Capt. John King, & one Williams, all the said Four Tracts or parcells of Land to him my said Great Grandson, & to his Heirs & assigns forever, his Father my Grandson John Borland to have the Inspection, Government & Income of it till he comes to the age of Twenty one years not permitting any Strip or Waste on any of said Tracts or parcells of Land.
