I have seen Judge Trowbridge and he told me the Clerke had not given the Court any papers relating to our Case. I called this morning on Mr. Winthrop and find he has none but Formans Except the Coppy of or Lean. I shall be glad if you, Mr. Adams & Mr Leonard can be together and look into the affairs and consult what is best to do. If you want any information Baylies can get on will on if I was present and you have all the papers.
