Mr. Wheeler has taken two Writts from me. You'l examine them, very carefully, because, I had only this forenoon to draw them, and every 3 minutes interrupted—And Quære whether it is not adviseable to bring a 3d. Action vs. Peck for 13£:17s:4d (being the whole Charges he took) had & received of Mason—for the Law says he shall take no Fees but such as he indorses on the Execution and he has in-462dorsed none at all? If you think it so, you'l bring another Action. No News,
