Boston 22d Novemr. 1769. Sir,

The Bearer hereof Mr: John Reed has purchas'd of Mr. Laughton & myself the wood Lott that was taken by Execution from Nathl. White.

I pray you would be so good as to fill up a Deed for the same, and bring with you when you come to Town that it may be Executed. I should have done it here had I the Boundarys, but your having the Execution prevents me. I have given Mr. Reed my note of Hand for Twenty Three pounds being the purchased money, which note he talks of sending by you to be deliver'd up, upon my investing you with a Deed of said wood Lot properly Executed. I am Your most hum. Servant
