I am favd. with yours of 3d Inst. Incloseing an agreemt. between Hellon & me, wch. I have sign'd & now Return back to you, wch. you please to Deliver him & let him know I shall give no further time & therefore Expect he will get the Remainder of the Security ready by last of Augt: without faill. Am greatly oblig'd to you for carrying the Deed to the Registers Office it wd: be a Satisfaction to my Father to have a Certificate for the Same wch. beg you'l get soon as Conveniant. I hope you'l perswade Seth Williams to take his pay out of Reuben Delano:s Debts if he is willing you'l please to make him withdraw the Execution & give him yr. Note to pay him soon as you are in cash on accot. of sd. Delano's Debt & this shall be your Security for so doing. I am in haste, Mr. Heeth waiting, Remain Your M H St.
