Your Favour1 by Mr. Smith I received, & should have sent you the money agreable to your Order, but the Sheriff had not collected it. It is very Probable that it will be ready by the Time that I hope shall have the Pleasure of of seeing you at Providence Superior Court which will be the third Monday Instant. The Cause of Green will then certainly be heard & determined.2 Our Client Green will expect your being there without fail. In the Mean Time I am Sr. Your Most Humble Servt.
