Friend Cunningham desires me to write to you to know if you have got that money of Lambert and if you have that you would Send it to Boston the next Time the Genl. Court Sits to be conveyed to Worcester unless you have an oppertunity sooner.1

David Cunningham of Worcester, weaver, was granted £4.10.0 damages and £3.19.1 costs in his suit against John Lambert of Taunton, gentleman, at the Taunton Court of Oct. 1763. An execution against Lambert was issued on Nov. 4, and the total amount of the suit was receipted by RTP as attorney on July 20, 1764 (RTP Papers).
