A Copy of the Exon. Cunningham v Peck with Lamberts Return thereon comes inclosed. Pray insist on his paying the Interest; and if he Served the writ & has not been paid, allow him that out of the Cost, taking his Rect. and the next Time I trust him with an Exeon. &c I will give him leave to keep the money forever. See that he pays for the inclosed Copy, and dont forget to take your Satisfaction of him if it can be had. And what of the Debt & Cost that is coming this Way; be so kind as to transmit as soon as you can to your most hearty Friend & humbl. Servt.
