I Rec'd yours1 by my Brother Abijah, but have not Time by this Conveyance to answer your Quære or to write to Mr. Prat. I shall be in Town in about three weeks & I believe it will be as well to Consult Mr. Prat upon your Quæres as to write to him. I should be glad you would go to the Clerks office of the Supr. Court & take a Copy of the Judgment Harper vs Darby which you will find among the Records for Worcester County September 1752,2 be exact as to the Sum recovered both as to the Debt & Costs & also how the Plt. & Deft. are called for I want to Sue the Judgment & send it me by the first Conveyance. I have Inclosed a Note of Hand for Thayer to Sign & will send the Execution as soon as I can send to Worcester for it but make him sign it directly. I am Sr. yr. hble. Serv.
