Shipped by the Grace of God, in good Order & well conditioned by Robert-Treat Paine in upon the good Sloop called the Sharp Pen Whereof is Master, under God, for this present Voyage Calvin Gay & now riding at an Anchor in the Port of Boston & by Gods Grace bound for Hallifax in Nova Scotia, viz. four Chests No. 3, 4, 5, 6. Two Boxes No. 1, 2. Two Basketts pack'd No. 8, 9. One Case Draws No. 7 One Bedstead & Curtain Rods, being marked as in the Margent,1 & are to be deliver'd in the like good Order & well Condition at the aforesaid Port of Hallifax (the danger of Seas only Excepted) unto James Freeman or his Assigns, he or they paying freight for the said Goods according to the Custom. In Witness whereof the Master of the said Sloop hath affirm'd to two Bills of Lading both of this Tenor & date: the One of wch, two Bills being Accomplish'd the other to stand Void. And so God send the good Sloop to her desired port in Safety. Dated in Boston October 2d. 1754,
