    Pages 1-2 contain a manuscript copy of "An Address to the Athiest," and pages 3-4 contain a manuscript copy of "An Address to the Deist."


    This document contains copies of two poems written in 1767 by Phillis Wheatley:  "An Address to the Atheist," and "An Address to the Deist."  The poems exhort atheists and deists to turn aside from their godlessness and embrace Christianity.
