Letter from Theodore Roosevelt, in Wash. D.C., to Leverett Saltonstall (1825-1895), 8 October 1893, in which he refers to some portraits of Sir Richard Saltonstall. He also mentions meeting  “young Chamberlain, the M.P.” for the first time and getting advice from him about how to properly address a Lord in a letter.
