Contract for loan of 2,000,000 guilders to the United States. With ratification by the Continental Congress, 1 Feb. 1785. One retained copy of the contract in Dutch; one in English; two (in English) transmitted to Congress and returned with ratifications ("Duplicate" and "Triplicate").
